About the Role

· Full time (potential consideration for part time, depending situation)

· Immediate start

· On site role, convenient North Melbourne Office location

Reporting to the Accounts/Office Manager, you will be an integral part of the entry and administration of the operating software. Responsibilities will include:

· Processing supplier invoices

· Creation and verification of new suppliers

· Entry and reconciliation of company credit card transactions

· Data entry and document management

· Providing general administrative support within the accounts team

Skills and Experience

· Previous experience in an administration or accounts position using Jobpac software will be highly regarded, but training will be provided

· Great understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite

· Self starter who can multitask and work independently in a dynamic work environment

· Strong attention to detail with a motivated, proactive approach to work
