Are you a proactive and values-driven administrator who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment? The Personnel Group is seeking a Hub Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our operational and administrative functions across various locations.
Reporting to the Adminstration Manager, this role ensures the smooth delivery of day-to-day services, promotes data integrity, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships. If you're passionate about making a difference behind the scenes, this is your opportunity to shine.
This is a full time position Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm - based in Epping & surrounding areas. Travel across the region will be required on an ADHOC basis.
Key Responsibilties:
- Leadership & Team Support: Provide guidance and foster a collaborative culture by supporting admin teams across sites with professionalism and care.
- Corporate Services Representation: Represent Corporate Services with integrity, delivering consistent support and promoting its role in frontline success.
- Operational Coordination: Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily operations across multiple locations.
- Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records and support compliance through reliable data entry and process improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with suppliers and internal teams to deliver responsive, empathetic support and enable cross-team collaboration.
- Compliance & Governance: Uphold organisational standards by supporting compliance monitoring, audit preparation, and ethical admin practices.
Qualifications:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field ( preferred)
- Experience supporting multiple teams or sites in an admin capacity
- Strong interpersonal skills and a values-aligned approach
- Proficiency with office systems and data platforms
- Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
- Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening check
