About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our underwriters, ensuring the smooth processing of policies and documentation. You will play a key part in maintaining compliance standards, assisting with reporting, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Process new business, renewals, and endorsements in line with underwriting guidelines.
  • Assist underwriters with administrative support, including policy documentation, data entry, and file management.
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, and insurers to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain and update internal systems and databases.
  • Support the preparation of reports, compliance documentation, and audits.
  • Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in insurance administration, underwriting, or broking preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong customer service mindset.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with insurance systems highly regarded.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
