Focusing on passion and performance in everything we do – we are seeking an experienced Dealer Network Development Manager. This role is key to shaping and strengthening our dealer partnerships across Australia and New Zealand.

About the role

As an experienced Dealer Network Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting our dealer network of over 100 dealers to drive brand presence and sales performance. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure dealers are set up for long term success.

This is a pivotal role that operates both strategically and operationally, while ensuring compliance with all contractual and legal obligations. A strong legal background is essential, particularly in preparing, reviewing and negotiating dealer agreements and related contracts. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience with the Franchising Code of Conduct and associated compliance.

Key responsibilities

· Develop strategies to strengthen our dealer network of over 130 dealers across Australia and New Zealand.

· Draft, review and negotiate dealer agreements and contracts

· Monitor dealer performance and compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.

· Dealer onboarding/offboarding.

· Managing data and metrics

· Preparing contracts and reports

· Coordinates dealer orientation training

· Foster strong and collaborative relationships with dealer partners and internal teams

· Conduct performance assessments and support dealer improvement initiatives.

· Work cross functionally with internal teams.

· Deliver training, sales and marketing support and operational guidance.

About you

· Proven experience in dealer management or network growth (motorcycle or motor vehicle experience highly regarded)

· Extensive knowledge and experience with the Franchising Code of Conduct and associated compliance.

· Strong legal expertise with hands on experience drafting and negotiating contracts.

· Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

· Commercially savvy with the ability to balance legal risk with business opportunity.

· Passion for motorcycles or the motorcycle industry is a definite plus.

What’s on offer

· Remuneration of $100,000 - $125,000 gross per annum (plus super)

· Ability to work remotely 1 day per week

Valid Drivers licence is required for this role as there will be some travel.
