Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a vibrant, people-first Customer Development Manager (CDM) to join our energetic Hygiene team in Newcastle. This role is a mix of account management and new business development—but more than anything, we’re looking for someone who brings the right energy.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of hygiene clients
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
Maintain a structured call cycle to meet targets
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve growth goals
Promote the full suite of Newcastle Hygiene services
Keep accurate records of sales activity and performance
Contribute to a fun, supportive, and success-driven team culture
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or account management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proven ability to generate leads and close deals
A proactive, self-starting attitude
A professional, reliable, and personable approach
Strong time management and planning skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRMs
A full driver’s licence
