Key Account Manager – Civil Infrastructure
Location: Sydney NSW (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to $140,000 base + Super + Car + Bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of clients across Southern Sydney and surrounding regions. Working closely with contractors, government agencies, and survey teams, this role will focus on helping customers adopt integrated technology solutions that transform productivity and accuracy in the field. Key duties include:
- Develop and manage key accounts across civil, infrastructure, and government sectors.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the region.
- Demonstrate how machine control, GNSS, and survey solutions integrate with construction workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Engage with stakeholders including project managers, site engineers, survey managers, procurement specialists, and senior executives.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring commercial and technical objectives are met.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, demonstrations, and networking events.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, technical sales, or business development.
- Knowledge of civil construction, surveying, or related industries will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of one (or more) of the industry's leading GNSS systems i.e. Trimble, Leica
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-focused, self-motivated, and proactive in securing new opportunities.
- Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided).
