Videri Australia (formerly Group Homes Australia) is redefining dementia care through small, home-style residences for people living with dementia. As we grow toward our 2030 vision, we’re seeking a clinically minded Industry Business Development Manager to strengthen our referral & community networks across Sydney.

This is a rare hybrid role—part clinician, part connector. You'll engage hospital, industry & event-based referrers (social workers, discharge planners, care coordinators) and share the life-changing impact of the Videri Australia model. Registered Nurses, OT's, Social Workers or any other clinically trained professionals with strong relationship-building skills are encouraged to apply.

What you’ll do:

Build referral partnerships with key hospital, industry & community stakeholders

Represent our model with clarity, compassion, and evidence

Collaborate with Admissions & Resident Care teams to ensure seamless transitions (including conducting occasional assessments)

Use clinical insight to influence and inspire

Event presentations on the Videri Australia model with key industry partners and community

What you’ll bring:

Ideally an RN (or equivalent clinical qualification) background with strong interpersonal skills

Experience in hospital discharge, social worker, aged care admissions, or as a clinical BDM

A passion for reimagining dementia care
