Real estate agent Full licence

Minimum 12 months experience in building and property management

Immaculate presentation

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to deliver a strong customer service

Experience using PropertyMe

High level time management skills

Sound knowledge of Body Corporate and Caretaking Agreements

Tasks & responsibilities

Leading team delivery of the leasing and marketing process and mentor other team members in best practice delivery of leasing and marketing processes

Ensuring budgeted occupancy levels are achieved or exceeded

Planning and managing resource levels to adequately deliver high quality customer service and operations

Overseeing the delivery of the on-site training requirements of new customer service team members

Actioning of general maintenance tasks may be required

Obtaining quotations and preparation of reports
