We’re a privately-owned property group with unique, character-filled commercial buildings in Fortitude Valley. We’re looking for an experienced Building Manager with commercial property management skills to run one of our flagship buildings—completely autonomously.

This rare role blends hands-on building operations, leasing admin, tenant relations, and full financial control.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day building operations, maintenance & compliance

Be the go-to contact for tenants, contractors, and service providers

Handle leasing admin, renewals, and market rent reviews

Oversee budgets, invoicing, arrears, and creditor payments

Maintain tenancy schedules, records, and compliance logs

Conduct inspections and coordinate repairs & capital works

What You’ll Bring

Min 2 yrs in commercial property/building management

Strong property law & lease documentation knowledge

Proven financial admin skills (budgets, invoicing, payments)

Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

Highly organised, proactive, and self-driven

QLD Real Estate Sales Certificate (or ability to obtain)
