Managing a low risk portfolio due to growth, your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all thing’s strata
• Facilitate and attend AGMs and other meetings
• Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
• Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws
• Maintain insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance

The successful applicant will have at least two years plus Strata Management experience or transferrable skills/experience within the Property industry. In addition, you will have first-class communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be professional in all aspects of strata management.
