SKOPE Services Australia is looking for a full time Facilitator – Refrigeration Fleet Services to join our supportive team in Bella Vista.

We offer comprehensive services including refrigeration equipment, repair, maintenance, warranty protection, and support for refrigeration equipment. Our commitment to reliability, efficiency, and excellence ensures that we provide a top-tier service to our valued clients.

In this key support role, you’ll manage various aspects of our fleet assets, logistics, warehouse services, and admin tasks. You'll work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. All training is provided in-house using our bespoke MendrhubAsset Management system.

  • Assisting the team to meet day-to-day fleet customer needs
  • Support logistics operations, monitor inboxes, and process job requests
  • Assist with reporting, spare parts ordering, and managing repairs
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date job records and ensure service levels are met
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and work closely with internal teams
  • Support continuous improvement projects and performance tracking

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have experience in a similar position, possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, have a vibrant and professional telephone manner, be a team player and be able to handle pressure well during the busy times.
