About the role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to work in our distribution site located at Erskine Park.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers and play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction. With our commitment to excellence, we are dedicated to providing premium service to our customers and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Answer incoming calls, offering exceptional customer service

Process orders, returns and claims accurately and efficiently

Track and trace Outbound freight as required, including Difot management and circulation as required

Effectively and efficiently manage customer enquiries, requests and deal with any customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Access Vendor Portals in all aspects of order management and reporting

All general/adhoc customer service tasks as required

Liaising with internal departments to provide answers for customers.

Skills & Experience:

At least 2 years' experience in a similar role is required.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word experience with strong administration skills.

Clear and confident communication skills both verbal and written, to liaise with key customers and external stakeholders.

A high level of attention to detail, strong time management and superior organisational skills.

Vendor Central experience would be advantageous
