About Us:

Budget Car and Truck Rental is a National Rental Company hiring Cars, People Movers, 4WD's as well as Light and Heavy Commercial Vehicles.

Position Overview:

We require a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Full-Time role of Fleet Administration working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday at our Blacktown location. In this role, you will be responsible for tolling, vehicle infringements, vehicle registration and CTP (new and renewing). You will also be responsible for ad-hoc administration support to our Fleet Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and manage vehicle infringements (customer and staff) and tolling matters, including the recovery process

· Renew and initiate vehicle registrations and CTP

· Co-ordinate heavy vehicle inspections with our 7 locations and Service NSW

· On-fleet new vehicles and de-fleet sale vehicles across our systems

· Monitor fuel usage across the fleet

· Identify and resolve any discrepancies in documentation/reports

· Have excellent record-keeping and maintain accurate databases

· Provide general administrative support to the Fleet Manager

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise urgent matters

Prior experience in a similar role and industry is preferred but not essential

Driver’s Licence
