Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance team, including Management Accountants, Project Accountants, Credit Controllers and Payroll.

Drive improvements in processes and efficiencies across the finance function while ensuring accuracy and integrity of all financial information.

Develop and manage annual budgets, cash flow projections, and long-term financial forecasts for M4D and its clients.

Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, including variance to budget/forecast, project profitability, cost control, and resource allocation - identifying opportunities for improvement.

Prepare and present monthly management accounts, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and deliver KPI reports to support informed client decision-making.

Act as a trusted business partner to clients, providing proactive finance advice and guidance.

Manage statutory and compliance obligations, including BAS and FBT returns.

Collaborate with Directors, bankers, accountants, and legal advisers on financial and company secretarial matters.

Oversee the review and renewal of all insurances, including Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, and employee-related policies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term partnership.

Produce annual budgets, forecasts, and statutory accounts in management accounts format.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and uphold best practice standards.

Continuously review and improve accounting practices to deliver efficient and cost-effective operations.
