We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Braeside that is entering an exciting phase of growth. They are looking for a driven Finance Manager who wants more than just a job - someone who wants to play a pivotal role in building for the future.

This role can be offered as full time or part time with flexibility in hours.

As Finance Manager, you'll work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, taking ownership of the company's full financial operations while being a trusted advisor on commercial strategy, investments, and long-term planning. This is a hands-on role, but equally one where your insights will influence decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all core finance functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and reporting.
• Drive cash flow management, banking relationships, and finance facilities.
• Ensure compliance across BAS, payroll tax, superannuation, and Workcover.
• Deliver accurate and timely management and financial reporting.
• Support growth initiatives through detailed analysis, commercial contract reviews, and risk assessment.
• Oversee company insurance and annual budgets.
• Mentor and guide the Finance Officer, fostering accuracy and professional development.

About You:

• Degree qualified in Accounting with CA/CPA status.
• Experience using Pronto Software would be a huge advantage.
• Solid background in financial management, ideally within manufacturing or a related industry.
• Confident in compliance, reporting, and financial controls.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on tasks with influencing business growth.
• Collaborative leader with strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
