2. About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Business Support Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across our business operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys variety, is tech-savvy, and wants to build a foundation in business administration while gaining exposure to projects in the innovation and technology space.

The role is offered on a full-time basis, however we are open to part-time or flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.

3. Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to leadership and project teams, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and client-facing presentations.

Maintain records, registers, and document control systems.

Support onboarding and coordination of staff, contractors, and partners.

Assist with event coordination, workshops, and internal meetings.

Manage general office functions, supplies, and logistics.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

Contribute to continuous improvement of business support processes, with an eye for efficiency and digital solutions.

4. Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in an administration, office support, or coordination role (professional services or tech environment desirable but not required).

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, or similar).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

An interest in technology, innovation, or systems improvement will be highly regarded.
