Fire industry experience & experience with (simPRO)
Well-developed computer literacy including Microsoft office Skills in particular Excel. Word, PDF editor & PowerPoint
Strong business written and verbal communication skills
Strong administrative skills and experience
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Must be very well organised
Ability to build strong relationships with customers, Management, field technician, suppliers and Contractors
Proactive approach to work
The Role & Responsibilities
Field incoming calls from Customers
Complete reports
Admin tasks; time sheets, reports quote, email correspondence etc.
Converting test reports with corrective actions in to quotes for submission to clients
Receiving work orders requests and documenting them
Assist with accounts Debtors follow up overdue payments etc.
Schedule work for technicians/contractors using Company CRM system (simPRO)
Preparation/Submission of annual fire safety statements (AFSS)
Organised stock and supplies for your technicians/contractors
Data entry: Monitoring and maintaining of our Service management system
Invoicing
Working along side the Service manager assisting in the Day to day operation of the business
