Care for Family is a values driven home care provider supporting older people and people living with disability across Sydney. We're currently seeking an organised, proactive and tech savvy Business Support Officer to join our team in a part time capacity.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is passionate about improving internal systems, supporting project work, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is part time role 19 hours per week across 5 days (e.g. 3-4 hours each day Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
As Business Support Officer, you’ll provide a wide range of support to our operations, marketing and intake teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with internal projects and compliance improvements
Delivering administrative and system support, including onboarding/offboarding, file management, and data tracking
Supporting ad hoc intake and placement tasks during peak periods
Maintaining registers, forms, reports and shared folders
Posting and scheduling social media content
Helping improve internal processes and documentation
Requirements:
Extensive admin, coordination or support experience in a business or healthcare setting
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the Aged Care and NDIS sectors
Excellent attention to detail and confidence using systems and online tools
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing tasks and work both independently and collaboratively
Tech comfort: confident with Microsoft Office, file systems, CRMs or willing to learn
Highly Regarded:
Previous experience in aged care, disability, or community health
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
Confidence using Microsoft Excel and generating reports
Experience working with sensitive data or client information
A proactive mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
