The Role

As a Level 3 Support Coordinator (Specialist support coordination) , you will:

• Provide specialist support coordination to participants with complex needs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, service providers, and community stakeholders

• Coordinate services and ensure participants’ NDIS plans are implemented effectively

• Manage crises, resolve barriers, and strengthen participants’ ability to direct their own supports

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with NDIS standards

About You

We are seeking someone with:

• Demonstrated experience as a Level 3 Support Coordinator (NDIS)(Specialist support coordination)

• Strong knowledge of NDIS processes, legislation, and complex case management

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health, or similar

• Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver’s License
