About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Project Co-Ordinator to join our team at Didasko Online. Based in Melbourne (hybrid), this full-time role is key to the smooth running of our internal operations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll support daily business operations, help coordinate content development projects, assist with staff onboarding, and ensure internal systems, assets, and processes are up to date and running efficiently. You’ll also play an important role in coordinating the scheduling and task workflow for our Static Content Team and Digital Content Team, making sure timelines are met and priorities are clear.

What you’ll be doing
Coordinating projects and day-to-day administrative tasks across multiple departments
Supporting project scheduling and task tracking for the Static and Digital Content Teams
Monitoring project timelines and escalating risks or delays to stakeholders
Assisting with new staff onboarding including coordinating IT setups and access
Maintaining internal registers including equipment, licences, and mobile devices
Supporting regular data and usage checks on the LMS
Organising team meetings, training sessions, and internal documentation
Managing supplier records, renewals, and service agreements
Assisting with reporting and dashboard creation
Documenting internal procedures and identifying areas for improvement
Providing general operational support during launches, events, and content releases
What we’re looking for
2+ years’ experience in operations, administration, or project coordination
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Xero, Zoho and Teams
Quick to learn new platforms and project management tools
Proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup
It's a plus if you have
Experience in education, training, or digital services
Familiarity with Moodle or other LMS platforms
Experience using Trello, Asana, Zoho or other task management tools
Understanding of digital content production workflows
Knowledge of compliance/reporting in the vocational education space
