Latitude Recruitment is seeking a Health Promotion Co-ordinator on behalf of Rural Northwest Health. The Health Promotion Co-ordinator is responsible for developing and delivering a range of best-practice health promotion initiatives to the community and key partners, aimed at establishing environments that support people to achieve their best health outcomes. This role, based at Rural Northwest Health’s Warracknabeal campus, is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis between September 2025 and May 2026.
About you:
Tertiary qualification in Health Promotion, Public Health, Community Development, Health Sciences or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
Well-developed project management skills, knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of health promotion
Knowledge and understanding of systems thinking, the social determinants of health and their impact on population health
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders from a range of backgrounds
Current and valid Police Clearance, Working with Children Check and NDIS Check, or willingness to obtain
