JOEST Australia is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Lead to join our Production team. This role offers an opportunity for growth in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain integrity of the warehouse inventory ensuring accurate processing and recording of order information on a daily basis.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, monitoring the picking, packing and shipment of goods.
Liaise with key internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of customer orders and dispatch, as required.
Monitor and implement efficient warehouse processes and systems to optimise workflow and adhere to safety policies and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous warehouse team lead/supervisory experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry or similar.
Knowledge of warehouse management principles and inventory control.
Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy in document handling and data entry.
Good computer literacy and confident verbal and written communication skills. Experience with ERP software systems would be desirable.
Current drivers and forklift licence.
