About the role:

Do you have a passion for operations, flowers, and making people's day? We're looking for an Perth Warehouse Coordinator to help lead our growing Perth team in creating beautiful posies and ensuring flawless deliveries to support our iconic brand—LVLY!

· Lead a small team of warehouse and pick/pack staff

· Responsible overseeing and assisting with the packing and dispatch of our LVLY gifts

· Management for incoming stock and warehouse organisation

· Responsible for the box and jar production for our Perth operations

· Leading WHS processes and procedures for our Perth warehouse

· Foster an amazing team culture in line with our core values.

· Keep operations smooth and customer satisfaction high, ensuring we deliver a little sunshine to every doorstep

About you:

Leadership experience (Ideally 2+ years in a retail management/warehousing/operations role or similar)

A knack for organisation, communication, and problem-solving

Experience in a warehouse/back of house environment

A positive attitude that inspires and empowers your team

Experience juggling multiple tasks—whether it’s flowers or warehouse logistics, you’re on top of it!

Bonus points if you have experience using a walkie stacker/forklift

Job details, benefits and perks:

· Reports directly to the Perth Operations Manager

· Permanent full-time basis

· Onsite role in Malaga, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
