Labourer Team Leader

Join our thriving team specializing in growing seedlings and plants, as a Labourer Team Leader.

This role allows you to expand your responsibilities while actively working with plants. Experience in leading teams is more important to us than experience with seedlings- predominantly female team members.

The hours are 7am-4pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with other Team Leaders to supervise and motivate a small team of workers
• Team perform precise delicate grafting of seedlings. Attention to detail is very important
• Vietnamese or Madarin language skills a big plus
• Work to key performance indicators and report to Nursery Supervisor
• Very effective organizational skills
