About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Listing Assistant to join our high-performing team. This role is all about helping us generate fresh opportunities, build relationships, and keep our sales pipeline strong. You’ll be the driving force behind prospecting and lead generation, making calls, connecting with homeowners, and booking in sales appraisals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including cold calling.

Generate and qualify leads for sales opportunities.

Book and manage appraisal appointments for the sales team.

Build rapport with homeowners and develop long-term client relationships.

Maintain accurate records of all leads and calls in our CRM.

Support the sales team with day-to-day prospecting activities.

Act as the “first impression” of Only Estate Agents – professional, approachable, and results-driven.
