SE National transport is looking for an experienced person to fill our Linehaul Operations Support role to join our current team in our Shepparton head office.

As part of a team, your role will be focused on providing support to the current day to day operations of our Linehaul division.

Operation hours would be 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

Assisting with scheduling and managing loads for your allocated lanes alongside our Operations team

Assisting with scheduling and managing your allocated drivers alongside our Operations team

Forward planning with your allocated key customers for freight requirements

Ensuring maximum equipment utilization for your allocated assets

Be able to meet budget targets for your allocated lanes and assets

Assisting with safety and compliance of allocated drivers and assets

Providing support within the linehaul operations team as required

Assist where required to ensure driver compliance and overall safety within the fleet

Assisting in other roles as required to cover for annual leave, working as part of a team

Qualifications and experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in an adminstrative or support role

Experience in Transport highly regarded but not essential

The ability to consistently meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
