We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and accurate individual to join our team as a Transport Operations Assistant / Admin Support. Your Responsibilities

· Assist with daily transport allocations and bookings

· Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to enquiries

· Maintain accurate records and data entry (Microsoft Excel skills required)

· Perform a range of general administrative duties in support of the Operations team

About You

· Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for multitasking are essential

· Previous experience in the transport industry and familiarity with Trimble TMS are an advantage, but not required.

· Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
