About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development professional who knows how to sell the invisible - someone who understands the difference between pushing a product and offering real, high-value service.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening our brand, and driving sustainable business growth.

Your Day to Day will Include:

Building, managing, and nurturing strong client relationships

Identifying new business opportunities in key markets

Promoting and selling service-based solutions

Meeting and exceeding KPIs and growth targets

Collaborating closely with our operational and leadership teams

Representing Nutek Mechanical with professionalism and enthusiasm

Who You Are:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in selling services (not products)

Strong computer literacy and CRM proficiency

The ability to “sell the invisible” - intangible value and trust

A proactive, results-driven mindset

A dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences

A desire to be part of a growing, high-performing team

Experience in service, workshop, or transport industries is ideal (but not essential if you’ve got the right mindset)
