Our client is a highly successful Tier Two Commercial Construction Company who have been trading successfully for over 100 plus years in NSW, ACT and South Australia.

They undertake a range of work across all three states – in Education / Health / Hospitality / Retail / Insurance reinstatement works / Remedial Refurbishments etc.

They are currently on site – in the Bowral / Mittagong area- where they are delivering a $15m Commercial Build project for a repeat customer.

Due to Increased workload, they are now looking to employ a Leading Hand Carpenter /Sub Foreman (M/F) – who has experience with Fit outs and Finishing trades etc.

Reporting to a very experienced Site Manager the person we are looking for will have:

1. Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
2. Experience with Finishing trades and / or Commercial Fit outs preferred.
3. Outstanding Oral and written communication skills as you will be required to keep written records on site and verbally communicate with all parties.
4. Own transport and tools
5. Trade Qualifications – preferably carpentry or full builder’s licence.
6. Checkable References
7. A calm and accommodating persona.
8. A current first aid certificate would be a big plus.
9. Ability to obtain clean police check essential.
10. Experience with Hammertech / Procore would be advantageous.

Rates etc will be negotiated with successful applicant.
