We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Leading Hand Carpenter / Foreman to lead our on-site teams. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and enjoys being part of a dynamic and supportive crew.

Need to know:

You can comfortably lead and supervise jobs, ensuring projects are completed on time and to our standards.

You can interpret and work from plans and specifications.

You will receive t-shirts and a jumper, and need to present neatly to represent our brand.

You have a positive attitude and can communicate effectively when coordinating with staff, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure everything run as smoothly as possible.

We appreciate you taking the time and patience to mentor and support our apprentices and junior staff.

You need to have your own tools, reliable transport and a valid ABN.

Offering a competitive hourly rate up to $65/hour + super and workers' comp insurance, based on experience.
