We’re a licensed building company and a registered architectural practice with Class 2 building and design practitioner accreditation, offering our team unique exposure to high-quality projects from design right through to construction completion.

Our close-knit, family-friendly (and dog-friendly!) team is growing. We’re looking for site staff to join our construction team. We want the right person first and foremost.

About the Role:
We're looking for an all rounder, an industry leader, someone with great communications and organisation skills and technical construction experience to support and grow into a leadership role within the construction team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Some Client Management

Site mangement as a working site supervisor/ leading hand

Participate in ongoing system improvements

Solving on-site and project problems proactively and effectively

This can be a full-time position or a ABN, with projects primarily located within easy reach of our Balmain head office.

About You:
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re reliable, hands-on, and committed to quality workmanship. You’ll be motivated by delivering outstanding residential projects and working closely with clients and our design team.

You’ll ideally have:

Communication Skills

Proven technical construction experience

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

Ability to solve problems in a team environment
