Atom Resources is currently recruiting experienced Leading Hands for HV cable installation works across the Ausgrid and Endeavour networks, working with Australia’s largest electrical contractors.

The Role:

As a Leading Hand, you'll take charge of site teams delivering HV cable installation across Ausgrid and Endeavour projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating work on the ground, liaising with supervisors, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across trenching, cable laying, and HV terminations.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience on Ausgrid and/or Endeavour HV cable installation

Strong leadership on-site, ideally supervising 3–5 crew members

Excavator experience working around live services is essential

Must hold a current HR licence

Solid understanding of trenching, cable laying, and HV safety protocols
