We're looking for a Site Foreman OR Site Manager on a High-End Hotel Refurbishment in Sydney CBD. Starting ASAP for a 3 month contract.

COMPANY
Work with a developer/builder who have a leading name in hospitality and entertainment, this organisation delivers world-class experiences across luxury hotels, premium hospitality venues and various entertainment complexes across NSW.

WHAT YOU GET

PROJECT

• Very High-End Hotel Refurbishment on Sydney's Waterfront.

THE ROLE

• Coordinating trades
• Supporting the Site Manager
• Overseeing one floor per week, which will ramp up to two per week, within the next 6- 8 weeks.
• Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
• Working alongside the Project team to ensure timely delivery
• Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standards.

YOU

• Experience in either a Site Manager or Foreman on similar projects.
• Preferably have experience in high-end or luxury finishes (though not essential)
• Availability to start ASAP
• Australian working rights.
