The Role
As the Office Manager, you’ll play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day — from managing admin processes and supplier coordination, to supporting the team and creating an environment people enjoy being in.
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations (supplies, maintenance, supplier coordination)
- Greeting clients, guests, and creating a welcoming first impression
- Supporting the wider team with admin tasks
- Assisting with event planning and team initiatives
- Helping maintain a positive and productive office culture
The Criteria
You’re someone who’s organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoys supporting others and creating a great place to work. You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in office administration or team coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, approachable, and solutions-focused attitude
- Great attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence juggling tasks and keeping the office running smoothly
- Experience in property, real estate or professional services (a bonus!)
