The Role

As the Assistant Commercial Property Manager, you’ll support the management of a major retail portfolio. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, tenant liaison, lease administration, and financial reporting, while learning from some of the best in the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with lease compliance, renewals and rent reviews
• Coordinating maintenance and contractor management
• Liaising with tenants and responding to enquiries
• Preparing reports and budgets
• Managing arrears and invoicing
• Supporting the Senior Property Managers on portfolio strategy

The Criteria

We're looking for someone who brings experience, energy, and a proactive mindset.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in assistant commercial property management
• Strong knowledge of property management processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• A current WA Property Management Registration
