As we continue to grow and expand, we're looking for a talented Systems Support Analyst to help us ensure the smooth running of systems within the Right at Home network to share our fabulous services with more prospective clients throughout Australia.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a skilled Systems Support Analyst on a full-time basis.

This role has duties that include:

Systems Support: Provide support for the internally developed web-based system, including level one troubleshooting, access management and liaising with stakeholders for support & improvements

IT Support: Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues faced by employees, including hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

IT Hardware Management: Procurement and management of IT hardware in the Home Office.

IT Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate IT processes for onboarding new employees and managing offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions in and out of the organization.

Microsoft 365 Management: Manage the Microsoft 365 tenancy, including maintenance and the management of email accounts.

SharePoint Management: Manage SharePoint permissions including handling change requests and implementing permission changes for the Home Office.

IT Projects and System Improvements: Assist with IT projects and implement system improvements to enhance functionality and support organizational needs.

What we're looking for

Recently completed tertiary education in Information Technology (or related field)

Strong troubleshooting problem solving skills.

Strong written & verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in IT systems including Microsoft 365 & SharePoint.

Demonstrated proficiency in managing and administering various Microsoft Admin Centres.

In-depth understanding of common operating systems, productivity software, and IT security best practices.

Experience in managing relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

Ability to plan, implement, and improve IT processes and systems, contributing to organizational efficiency.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Desirable Skills

Web Development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or other relevant web technologies

Familiar with database design and SQL

Familiar with PowerBI
