IT, Systems & Analytics Lead – Jetset Plumbing & Electrical

Jetset Plumbing & Electrical is looking for an IT, Systems & Analytics Lead to keep our team running smoothly, securely, and smarter.

What you’ll manage:

Lead IT and Systems Projects – from workflow automation to new system rollouts

Support staff with IT troubleshooting, hardware, and system access

Manage networks, VPNs, devices, and cyber security compliance

Extract and analyse data to drive better decisions

Build and maintain analytics dashboards and business reports

Automate workflows to reduce manual processes

What we’re looking for:

2+ years’ experience in IT, systems, or analytics roles

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and device security

Some experience with SQL, Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Workspace

Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills

Passion for both tech support and data analytics
