About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and always ensuring exceptional property management services.

In addition to the residential portfolio, you will also provide support to our Commercial Property team, assisting with lease administration, contractor coordination, and compliance tracking across selected commercial assets. This dual exposure presents a unique opportunity to broaden your property management experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Sydney

Coordinate tenant applications, leases, renewals, and rent collections

Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance needs promptly

Prepare monthly financial reports, assist with budgeting, and manage outgoing reconciliations

Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with residential tenancy legislation and company policies

Handle tenant enquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain positive tenant relations

Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital works to maintain asset quality

Provide support across the property management team as needed to ensure workflow continuity and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in residential property management

High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-focused approach

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Solid financial acumen and experience handling reconciliations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software; willingness to learn new systems

Knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations in NSW
