Job Description

We are a growing finance brokerage based in Melbourne, helping clients secure home loans, business loans, and commercial property finance. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Broker Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with flexible school hours (10am–2pm, 3–5 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and follow up on client documents

Enter data accurately into lender portals and CRM systems

Prepare supporting documentation for loan submissions

Liaise with clients, banks, and solicitors by phone and email

Provide general administration and broker support

Attend and assist in customer meetings with the broker

About You:

Previous experience in finance, banking, or mortgage broking preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confident in supporting client meetings and discussions

Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

Comfortable using computers, email, and MS Office (loan/CRM software experience a bonus)
