We’ve got a great opportunity for an Office Administrator / Customer Service Consultant in Hawthorn! Join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role assisting retail customers via phone and email. You'll be the go-to person for general admin and customer queries – no two days are the same!

- 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity
- 10am – 2pm, Monday to Friday (work just 3 days per week in the office)

💼 What You'll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing paperwork and updating systems
- General office support and admin tasks

- Previous customer service or admin experience
- Confident phone manner and good written communication
- Someone reliable and ready to jump in and help!
