About the role

As the Hotel Manager for the AUSTRALIAN ARMS HOTEL, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Working in a full-time capacity, this role is based in Penrith, NSW 2750.

What you'll be doing

Lead, manage, and develop a team of hospitality professionals

Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and more

Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel

Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability

Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to attract new guests

Liaise with owners and other stakeholders to achieve hotel objectives

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and brand standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a hotel management role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Sound financial management skills and commercial acumen

Thorough understanding of hotel operations and industry best practices

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
