Assistant Manager ( 2 IC ) - Camden Hotel

Salary $75,000 - $85,000 Per Annum ( Plus Superannuation )

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Industry Professional to join our Team at Camden Hotel as 2 IC. The Camden Hotel offers a busy Qaulity bistro operation, Multiple Bars including our beautifully appointed Terrace, Dedicated VIP Lounge ( 22 GME's ) and hosts numerous functions throughout the hotel every week.

In November 2025, we will open our brand NEW Hotel suite operation, 9 rooms ( 4 Star ) on the top floors of the hotel, complete with ensuites, new lift etc .

The Hotel offers light entertainment, foxtel, Digital TAB and more !

The Hotel trades as follows

Mon - Wed 10 am - Midnight

Thursday - Saturday 10 am - 2 am

Sunday 10 am - 10 pm

It is envisaged that the successful candidate has experience and knowledge in Food, Beverage & Gaming duties.

Furthermore the successful candidate will be well presented, have a real "Eye for Detail" and most of all have a real "Yes I can " attitude towards not only meeting customer expectations but exceeding them !

Our qaulity Bistro Operation along with our substantial Function business represents a substantial part of our core business and therefore it would be advantageous for the candidate to have experience in this field.

Likewise, our new 4 Star , 9 Room Hotel suite located on the top floors of the hotel that opens in November will be a extremely important part of our business, so experience in similar operations would be advantagous but not compulsory.

Marketing is an important part of our hotel operations, it would be advantageous ( not compulsory ) of the successful candidate to have experience with social media and market related duties.

The successfull applicant will be available across the week, including weekends, nights and Public Holidays.
