About the Role
Your Club Gunnedah is growing and entering an exciting $7M refurbishment phase, including a rooftop bar and new convention Centre. We are seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations, build the visions with us and your team with a focus on exceptional customer service, gaming, and beverage service.

You’ll work a 3-week rotating roster, including nights and days, with a 3-day weekend every third week built in.

What We’re Looking For

Previous management experience (preferred, not essential)

Current RSA & RCG certification

Ability to lead, motivate, and coach staff

Time management and cash handling skills

Flexibility to work a rotating roster
