We're a thriving country pub in the heart of Tamworth which prides itself on great food and booze, cracking entertainment and really looking after our locals.

We are seeking a Assistant Manager to work within a small, dynamic and creative team. We need someone who enjoys the challenges of a constantly evolving work environment, is passionate about customer service, and looking to further their career in hospitality.

You must have at least three years experience in a similar role to be considered for this role.

This is a full time role subject to the various shift-work challenges of hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the Licensee and other managers

Responsible for the patron experience whilst on shift

Responsible for the management of venue, staff and patron experience whilst on shift

Assist in the running of all aspects of the business, including front-of-house work, staff recruitment, accounting, stock control and possibly marketing and advertising.

Maintain a high standard of appearance and have excellent customer communication skills

Shifts are regular but the availability to work weekends, public holidays & evening shifts is a must

Be open to performing other duties within the Hotel as required
