Responsibilities

Client relationships are maintained via high levels of service and appropriate and timely communication

Team workflow is adequately managed with appointments/meetings/priorities

Action items from client meetings are undertaken in a timely and complete manner

Relevant client related processes are performed accurately and timely

Manage communications and coordinate Financial Advisers’ time to resolve conflicts and exercise judgement on priorities

Follow up Financial Advisers and Paraplanners post meetings to ensure action items are noted and followed through

This position is on site, permanent full time and salary will be commensurate with experience.
