About the company
We are a well established Construction company looking for a new team member to join us.
About the role
This Admin role forms a critical stage in our service process where jobs are created in preparation for the operations team. Your primary duties will be managing the company mailbox, data entry of jobs into our system, support person to director and architect as well as incoming call management. This can be a very busy role requiring a high level of attention to detail and efficient time management. Extensive training will be provided on all company procedures.
Skills and experience
This role will suit someone with a background in a service industry office environment who is comfortable working with structures and has the ability to multitask.

Ideally located within a reasonable commuting distance to Parramatta
