About the Company
Our client is a well-established building approval and inspection service based in Maitland. In this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, no two days are the same. You’ll be the organisational powerhouse that keeps things running smoothly – coordinating multiple people, schedules, and projects to ensure client needs are met.
About the Role
Your main responsibilities will include coordinating inspection bookings, providing administrative support, and delivering accurate inspection reports within set deadlines. You’ll need to be self-motivated, have excellent time management skills, and be an exceptional communicator who can solve problems, adapt quickly, and work effectively as part of a team.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple resources
- Experience processing high-volume tasks with speed and accuracy
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications
- Experience in a construction or building environment (highly regarded)
