About the role
Join the growing team at Smartshelf ESL' as a full-time Office Admin based in our Macquarie Park, NSW office. In this key role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office. What you'll be doing
Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
Assist with payroll processing and financial record-keeping
Handle office administration (emails, calls, scheduling, filing)
Support procurement and inventory tracking for ESL projects
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Prepare reports and presentations for management
What we're looking for
Accounting degree or equivalent qualification
2+ years of experience in accounts/office administration
Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Excellent communication and time management
Ability to work independently and in a team
