- You're someone with a keen interest in becoming a superstar receptionist & office admin support, whether you have zero experience or some – we're thrilled either way and will provide full training in every aspect of the administration role

- You are currently studying for your Real Estate Licence or already have it? Fantastic! Let us know ASAP

- You're eager to absorb everything about Real Estate

- You have a bright personality, excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with passion and drive to learn and grow in the real estate industry, which is what sets you apart

- You're willing to give anything a go and you're not afraid to learn new things

Skills and attributes you bring to the position:

- Confident communication skills and excellent presentation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clear pronunciation for phone interactions

- Strong proficiency with computers and administrative systems

- The ability to work independently and look forward to working collaboratively as a valuable member of the First National Broken Hill team

- Outstanding time management and organisation skills

- A current driver's license and a reliable vehicle

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) with ability to learn industry-specific software

- Live or be moving to Broken Hill

- Have the legal requirements to work & live in Australia

- Must be able to pass police background check and obtain necessary real estate certifications as required by NSW legislation

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Liaise, interact and work with both the sales & property management departments

- Constantly communicating face-to-face and via phone in an assertive manner

- Documenting communications in files and updating CRM systems

- Utilising our industry-leading administrative processes and technology systems

- Assisting fellow colleagues with their daily tasks

- Having fun while ensuring our clients enjoy their real estate experience

Physical Requirements of the Position:
This is an in-office based position that will require periods of sitting at a desk operating office equipment and computers, combined with moving around the office with a sense of urgency. There will be times when you will be required to be out of the office in all weather elements.

Wages/Conditions:
• $950 - $1300 per week (gross) dependent on skill level, experience & prior learning in accordance with Real Estate Award 2020
• Paid on a weekly basis
• 38 hours per week. Office Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (subject to change)
• Employer Superannuation Contribution paid at 12% of Gross wage
• 4 weeks of paid annual leave for each year of service. Annual leave accumulates from year to year. Please refer to the National Employment Standards (NES) for additional information regarding annual leave
• 10 days of personal/carer's leave accrued progressively during a year of service and accumulates from year to year
• 1 hour unpaid lunch break per day granted

Allowances:
• Motor vehicle allowance paid under clause 17.3 of the Real Estate Industry Award 2020; $0.95 per kilometre of a maximum of 400km per week.
• Uniform allowance
