We are looking for a driven CDP with an attention for detail, a passion for working in a fast paced environment and cooking with great people and produce

Pitzi is a pasta bar by the Team from Fico an award winning restaurant in the heart of Hobart’s CBD. Pitzi’s focus is pasta and simple Italian food made for sharing and enjoying with a focus on the best Tasmanian ingredients.

The successful applicants will work closely with the head chef and will need to have experience cooking pasta and Italian food at a 1 Hat level. With leadership from our head chef this is your opportunity to further develop your skills as a chef, 3 years at a similar level is essential.
